NEW TV SERIES: PRORODEO'S "40 NIGHTS OF NFR" TO AIR EXCLUSIVELY ON THE COWBOY CHANNEL   The Cowboy Channel  has announced that the network will broadcast 40 nights continuously of the last four years (2016-2019) of the National Finals Rodeo (NFR) starting Friday, March 20, at 8 PM/ET and running through April 28   (repeat airings will be at midnight/ET). If you do much traveling in Texas at some point you will run across the biggest gas station you have ever seen.  Have you stopped in to a Buc-ee's and had a look around? Like many other when the news of a Buc-ee's opening up near me was all the hype, I was confused why. It's just another gas station so what is the big deal I didn't get the hype and massive fan following. Once the local Buc-ee's opened up in 2015 I stopped in to have a look around. The station is massive and full of all kinds of food and products. After about my 5th stop to the gas station I had fallen in to Buc-ee's trap! I now have been to all the north and central Texas locations and now it is part of my daily routine on my drive home from Dallas.  Here are a few things I've noticed during my travels across Texas while dropping in to many of the Buc-ee locations. WOMEN’S RODEO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TO DEBUT IN LAS VEGAS IN NOVEMBER

--  New Opportunity Created for Female Athletes Seeking New World Title --     WCRA  ( World Champions Rodeo Alliance) and PBR (Professional Bull Riders) have announced a new, breakthrough event in women’s rodeo: the Women’s Rodeo World Championship, taking place at South Point Equestrian Center on November 3-7. This first-of-its-kind world championship is open to any female athlete in the world competing in breakaway roping, barrel racing and team roping. The new Women’s Rodeo World Championship will award a minimum of $750,000  and name a champion in the individual disciplines of barrel racing, breakaway roping, team roping as well as a Women’s Rodeo All-Around Champion.  The event  will be held in Las Vegas  during the PBR World  Finals. WCRA ROYAL CITY ROUNDUP CROWNS CHAMPIONS AND AWARDS UPWARDS OF $1,000,000 IN KANSAS CITY

 In front of an electric crowd inside the Sprint Center in Kansas City, Missouri, rodeo athletes from across the globe were crowned champions and walked away with upwards of $1 million. The WCRA (The World Champions Rodeo Alliance) Royal City Roundup was the first Triple Crown of Rodeo eligible event offering a minimum of $111,000 per discipline.   Canadian bareback rider  Orin Larsen    landed in the showdown round after earning an 88.5 ride in the long round along with Pascal Isabelle    and Mason Clements. The  5x NFR qualifier topped Isabelle’s 86.5 points and Clements 88.5 points earning the highest marked of the night with 90.5 points. The team roping duo  Erich Rogers and  Paden Bray  found themselves in the short round after earning the top spot in the long round.                 The American Rodeo Semi-Finals Wrap Up in Fort Worth                         Athletes advance to the finals at AT&T Stadium  Lives will be changed and champions will be crowned at RFD-TV’s The American Rodeo ​  as the finals return to Arlington, Texas next weekend. The semi-finals at Cowtown Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas wrapped up. As the curtain closes on the seventh annual semi-finals, there are countless stories that need to be told and athletes that should be recognized for their accomplishments.  Six athletes in each event advanced to the finals with the exception of 10 barrel racers and 16 breakaway ropers advancing in those two events. Haley Wolfe “The semi-finals produced some exciting story lines, and part of our goal was to give the everyday athlete the opportunity to perform on the biggest stage which we have done yet again this year ,” said Amanda Shaffer, director of rodeo marketing for The American Rodeo. “This event is growing
