85 days until the 2020 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo at Globe LIfe Field in Arlington, Texas
2020 "World Series Of Rodeo" returns to North Texas
When building a massive stadium you are always open to other grand events and this time Globe Life Field laned a big one. This will be home to the 2020 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in which many fans have wanted to see back since the National Finals Rodeo moved in 1962.
The first NFR was held in Dallas, Texas in 1959 then moved to Los Angeles, California in 1962. Staying on the move the NFR landed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma until leaving for Las Vegas, Nevada in 1985 when is has been since.
This is the opportunity for many rodeo fan's who can't make the trek to Vegas can catch some live National Finals Rodeo action for their first time. Globe Life Field has a seating capacity of a little over 40K seats compared to 17K in Vegas. Texas Covid rules allow a capacity of 50% which give Globe Life Field more seating than a sellout crown in Las Vegas.
This will be the 1st time for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo happens in Texas. This is great location for sports and as the Arlington mayor Jeff Williams said "the city that crowns champions".
2020 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo host cities are combined of Ft. Worth and Arlington, Texas. There will be plenty of family friendly attractions taking place between the both cities.
Tickets go on sale to NFR season ticket holder September 16th and general public September 25th.
Get on the ball and book your hotels now before they sale out.
